This is the Recipe Of Sinigang.. I Love this Food thats why i wrote this...

There are Variety of food that we can use as souring agent for sinigang such as kamias,tamarind,mango and ripe guapas now let start cooking....... the delicious Sinigang

Ingrediendts:

2 lbs of Pork Belly cut in 2 cubes

1 small radish cut in small pieces

1 medium size onion slice thinly

1 cup of sitaw  cut in 2. in length

3 cup of water spinach

2 pcs of Finger peppers1/ 1 half of knorr sinigang mix

1 tbspn of vetsin

salt to tast

1 and 1/2 water quartz

Directions

1. In a large pot add water and bring to boil, next add pork and cover and let simmer for 3 mins

2. Remove scum from the broth  and then add onions,tomatoes, finger peppers,vetsin and sinigang mix and let it simmer for another 10 mins.

3. Add radish cover at let it simmer for another 10 mins.

4. Add eggplant and cook it for additional of 10 minutes after the adding of eggplant and wait 5 minutes and then add string beans .

5. And finally add the water Spinach and add the salt to taste if needed.. and let it cook for more minutes and its ready...

6. Ready to serve and enjoy eating with family!.....
