I was really hesitant to read his works since my Christian Living Teacher in High School discouraged us not to read them especially The Da Vinci Code because of this and that and bla bla bla. But then, I saw this one in Booksale and defied those words. So yeah, this is the first book I've read written by Dan Brown and all I can say is I almost missed one of the books of a genius.
I'm a Christian-Protestant and the book alone can't sway your faith and beliefs unless the foundation you're standing with is not that sturdy and you yourself is shaky. You might hate him because of his books but believe me he's definitely a genius for making you feel that way. The way he composed the words, events, paragraphs, characters, etc., are full of wittiness, such an amusingly clever author. Oh, Dan Brown, you're on my fave authors list already. Can't wait to read more.
PS. I'm not implying that you're a coward and such if you as a bookworm haven't read this one or his other works. All I'm saying is you can't say and conclude that DB is an evil or what, it's just that he's an amazing author. Okay. Bias alert.
