What will be your reaction if you found out that you are a lotto winner?Of course everyone will be jumping of too much joy and will shout Yes I won I won!

An ex Overseas Filipino Worker(OFW) won the lotto last reviewed returns10,2014.All he know he won the first five digits only but when he double check it again its six digits and he won twelve million. He is so happy because he is now an instant millionaire.

But sad to say he cannot claim it,because his winning ticket was crumpled.His grandson pulled it.His other grand daughter tried to iron the ticket to remove the crumpled part.When he go at the Philipppine Charity Sweepstake Office (PCSO) the ticket machine cannot read the ticket code.PCSO check and verify it at the lotto outlet where he buy the ticket,yes its true he got the six digits.But they have rules that they follow and its written at the back of the ticket that it should not be folded,crumpled,or ni dirt on the ticket and most important you should present your winning ticket when claiminh your prize.

However PCSO representative said that the prize is claimable within a year.They said that they will see what the best solution they can do with it and hoping that there will no other winner who will claim his prize.

I'm hoping they will still give his prize,inspite of what had happen with his winning ticket.

But,if they will insist their policy rules,oh how sad the winner cannot claim his 12 million. "There is a saying if its not really meant for you,it cannot be given to you" Maybe God has other plan for him.
