Hiding my scars
I try to scream
But all that grows,
Is a dark, cold garden,
A garden of lies,
Flowers that come in all sizes,
Big and small,
Tall and short,
Complex and simple,
Comes from that garden,
The dark and beautiful,
Deceitful Garden.
Notes:
This poem is about lying. Instead of using the word lie, I compared flowers to lies.
These lines mean:
Flowers that come in all sizes,
lies that come in all sizes,
Big and small,
Sometimes these lies are big other times these lies a tiny white lies.
Tall and short,
There could be many lies or few lies.
Complex and simple,
these lies can be plain 1 world answers or a whole explanation.
