The government of India is installing 15,000 CCTV cameras within weeks for US President Barack Obama's upcoming visit to India to attend the Republic Day Parade of the country. But unfortunately when it comes to meet the needs of the common citizens, especially for their safety, the government rarely cares for it. Either it delays too much to respond or does not act at all to make any effort as if the common citizens would have to take own measures for their safety.
