As I wrote in one of my previous posts one of my new year’s resolutions was to get outside more. So my parents and I decided to take weekly walks in the countryside. We’re trying to go to a different place every week. It helps my anxiety, I get some fresh air and I burn off a few calories, it’s a win win. I thought I’d share some pictures of the views as I love taking my camera out with me. This time was a little bit windy as you can see below
I cannot recommend winter walks enough. I always used to hate it, but if you go when it’s nice and dry and wrap up warm it can be a lot of fun.
