Alexander, his heart full of hate was worsened by the Persians. He just could not stop thinking about the king and the Greek Hoplites that died fighting in such misery. He vowed in his heart to take the revenge, by doing what the Persians did. He was so angry that he started shouting. "WHY!!!! WHY DID YOU DO THIS TO US ZUES!!!! IS THIS WHAT YOU GIVE US WHEN WE PRAY!!!!" He accused god for everything that happened. He never believed that god could be so selfish. He also vowed never to pray to any god that existed. 

After some time of journey, he saw a village nearby. Here he asked everyone to pack up and leave as the Persians would soon come here and kill them. After warning them, he head off again.
