Definition of the Heart: The organ in your body that pump's blood through your vein's and arteries. In summary we can say that the heart is the central or innermost part of something.
A hollow muscular organ that pump's the blood through the circulatory system by rhythmic contraction and dilation

Heart Disease: Heart disease is any type of infection that affect the normal condition of the heart and put it in an abnormal state. It is also the same as cardiac disease.
"According to WHO (world health organization) and the CDC, heart disease is the leading cause of death in the U.K, USA, CANADA and AUSTRALIA. The number of U.S adults diagnosed with heart disease stands at 26.6 million (11.3% of adult population)". —WHO
Types Of Heart Disease
- Angina.
- Arrhythmia.
- Congenital Heart disease.
- Coronary artery disease.
- Myocardial infarction.
Tips On How To Lower Risk Of Heart Disease
- Don't eat fried food and food containing vegetable shortening.
- Dont use oil that has high cholesterol, it is really bad instead use extra virgin olive oil, canola, peanut.
Note: A low-Saturated fat, high-fibre, high plant food diet can substantially reduce the risk of developing heart disease.
