The Mansion is located on the eastern part of the city of pines along Leonard Wood. It was built in 1908 for US Governor-Generals and was destroyed in 1945 during the battle for the liberation of the Philippines. The Philippine government rebuilt and improved the Mansion in 1947. It has been used by Various Presidents of the Philippines whenever they come to Baguio for theur official visits anf engagements. This served as the seats of the Second Session of Economic Commission of Asia and the far east in 1947.

Vehicles entering the compound pass through a great circular driveway and it usually open only when the Mansion used for an Official function or activity. With this beautiful gardens and well-landscaped, it is favorite sight for picture taking.
