The final episode of Mentalist is this Wednesday in a two hour special. Lisbon (Robin Tunney) and Jane (Simon Baker) are getting married. The plot is one that is interesting, the character arch is one that I love.
Jane had to get past is past. His own family was killed by Red John and in turn Jane killed the serial killer. That was all accomplished in the 6th season, making us think that was the end of the Mentalists. But it returned for a seventh season to end in union. It does bring hope that everyone can escape their past.
