After being denied from handing over the World Cup Trophy to the winning team, the International Cricket Council (ICC) president, Mustafa Kamal of Bangladesh on Monday has threatened over Bangladeshi television channels to expose mischievous designs of people who denied him the constitutional right to hand over the World Cup Trophy. Thus it seems that the ICC is now in crisis.
