Awal Sonit boy (5 months old) sleeping in 4-storey house, the ground suddenly shook violently.Only a few moments later, the cupboards and the large wall collapsed, burying him in the rock.

When the earthquake happened, the parents and sister were in the street Sonit. Over 22 hours later, despite constant digging by hand but relentless efforts to rescue Sonit of those family members and neighbors were not successful. "I can not think of anything but save me. I was depressed, not eating or sleeping is nothing," she Rasmila share.

Vaessen son had fallen into the hands of death but the miracle did happen then when she suddenly heard the faint cries of children coming from the rubble. "I was so happy, happy when I am still alive," she Rasmila (35) said.

Sonit survived because a cupboard shielding.

Earlier, Krishna Sham Awal, 34, bus driver, her husband Rasmila, has also lost his brother in the quake. Do not hide her emotion, he Sham Krishna was thanks to rescuers and said, "I was saved because dresser sure on people. When the wall fell, the dresser had to shield children ".

Currently, the family Awal are living in "homeless" but the miraculous survival Sonit makes the whole family happy and be more motivated to overcome all difficulties. "Now the Lord has returned the child to me, therefore, I am going to let you get the good life," she Rasmila share.

Apart Sonit fate, Pemba Tamang - 1 15 year old teenager was lucky to be rescued after trapped in the wreckage for 5 days. Hundreds of people went to the site to witness and pray that good will come to the energetic youth of this life.
