Another blogger in Bangladesh who was the editor of the science magazine, ‘Jukti’ meaning ‘Logic’, and was on the advisory board of ‘Mukto Mona’ meaning  ‘Free Mind’ which is a website propagating rationalism and opposing fundamentalism was hacked to death by machete-wielding attackers near his house at Subidbazar area in Sylhet of Bangladesh. Al Qaida in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS) had claimed responsibility for the murder.
