They say good women are for good men, but what’s your definition of a good woman or man? Is it a woman without secrets? Is it a man without a past? I watched these two for the longest time. Lovers and soul mates, they defined friends. They told her she could do better, that a man like him wasn’t worth her love. How could a man with respect, loyalty and religion in his heart not be good enough? A sinner in the past, but a man that had since strived to do better. They chose not to see who he’d become, they chose instead to look at who he was. When Allah places one heart in another, there is a reason why He wants those two people to be together. They judged a love they didn’t understand, they took one look at him and made a story of their own. She was their piece of Art but little did they know, it was him who had held the paint brush all along.
