What is better for us is also better for our mental health so think about it with positive way

make good way to lead in life but never ever depend upon your outer thoughts but stick with inner thoughts and get good moral food to survive from bad to good path.

all good deeds always want energy to consume and get release your all negative thoughts

so stick with your thought process may be some time it fade your source of energy and make you weak but do not get panic just stuck to your plan and have faith on god ...

If he is there for you then enjoy otherwise ready to suffer as result of your deeds.
