Every day I tried to wake early morning but its little tough for me but I wake before 9.00 AM and remembering the happiest moments of my life then I do 10 minutes physical exercise. Before going to bath I used to apply some powdered salt on by body and after that I take bath it will give fresh energy to me.
Next I do breathing exercise followed by mediation around 30 minutes and blessed the whole word by excess energy which I get from meditation. After that I take large breakfast then goes to office.
In office while working regularly used to hear Ilayaraja music so that I keep myself gentle always. I always enjoy every day what I have because each and every day in my life is gift and I know it’s my duty to keep my surroundings (People) happy.
Evening it takes 9.00PM to reach my home and prepare my own food. Again used to take bath followed by meditation and do healing for people who need. After that I have my dinner and make some plans by writing diary, and then I go to sleep around 12.30 PM.
Before going to sleep I do small prayer and again remember my loved one face and finally does my last work of the day i.e. sleep. This is all about my usual day but every day I experience and learn some new things here and there (dreams too).
