That is a shitty, unstable, shooting platform. Anyone with decent cardio could make this guy look like an asshat past 300m. Fat people always die first. Remember, good cardio is the key to surviving the zombie apocalypse. In all seriousness, this is a visual statement (deterrent). If he wanted to be an effective sniper, you wouldn't see him and he would have a better shooting position. If he wanted to be an effective observer, he would have a spotting scope and the rifle would be out of view. What you are looking at here is an effective message. Chances are, this guy is just excited to be walking around in public with his squeaky clean brand new combat gear, and hasn't put a whole lot of thought into the implications of what he represents. He just wants to pick up chicks.
