Recipe for Tinolang Manok
Native chicken cut into pieces
Garlic cut into cubes
Tomatoes
Siling Haba (Chili)
Ginger
Onion
Lemongrass
Sayote
Malunggay
Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Procedure:
Heat oil and saute garlic, onion, tomatoes and ginger. Add the native chicken and siling haba cook until it gets brown. Pour 1 or 2 cups of water depending how much you like to add. Add sayote and let it simmer for a few minutes. Lastly, put the malunggay leaves, salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
