I share you some tips for better sleep 

• Avoid drinking coffee at night 

• Drink chamomile tea 

• Drink warm milk before bedtime 

• Avoid discussing problems at night

• Take a banana at night

• Keep your room quiet 

• Take a hot bath or wash up before sleeping 

• Get massage

• Avoid drinking too much alcohol 

• Try to drink cherry juice 

• Make your room dark

• Use a pillow that supports your head and neck
