Hair fall makes us to feel a lot but there are few simple steps to be followed to reduce it,
- Take foods which are rich in iron and proteins like, nuts, dates, and greens.
- Apply almond oil only in the roots before going to bed.
- Wash your hair twice in a week.
- Avoid using hair dryer frequently.
- Apply natural juices like onion juice, garlic juice overnight in your scalp and rinse it in the morning which will eventually reduce hair loss.
- Apply green tea which is brewed in a cup of water in your scalp and leave it for half an hour and rinse it. Since green tea is an antioxidant it will reduce hair loss and boost the growth in the roots.
- Hair loss is caused due to stress and tension, by doing meditation it will help to relax and we will feel stress free. This is also one of the way methods to reduce hair loss.
