Many experts stated that when you skip breakfast it will reflect on your performance, and it will cause of having difficulties to think, to communicate, to give fast feedback, and to handle various activities. Today, many people are experiencing these causes due of not eating breakfast and some of them just eat heavy lunch and dinner; without thinking that lunch and dinner are only supplemented food in a whole day to support our body.
My advice quick breakfast that is healthy are milk, fried egg with rice, vegetables with rice or bread to those countries who haven’t rice, milk or coffee with hot cake, fried fish and vegetables with rice, meat and vegetables with rice, etc. These are few suggestions that you can do to eat healthy breakfast. Furthermore, milk is also important for us to think effectively.
