1/4 cup tofu
1/4 cup rice flour
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 large clove garlic
1/8 tsp turmeric
Blend ingredients until smooth. Pour omelet mixture into preheated frying pan. Cover and cook each side on low heat for five minutes, or until soft brown on bottom.
