There was a time when, there was little to fear from the "outside"....ja... The most we had to think about was the "neighborhood".... or maybe the mountain boundary of our "small world"....perhaps a. town below where we went, maybe once or twice a month for grocerys, and to trade eggs and butter for other things. 
Now, with a flick of the button we are connected to the entire calamnitys of the world. This, with all the accociated political, social, and religious "spin" that goes along with that. is the hype of that anxiaty. Whether we fill our mind up with that, or keep ourselves clear....ja....is really, our choice, ja.... The first step of course, is to "turn off that TV"....
