Tomato and Onion Omelette

Ingredients
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon ginger paste
- ¼ teaspoon garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder
Preparation

1 Heat the butter in a non-stick pan. Add the onion and sauté till soft.

2 Add the green chilli, ginger paste, garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

3 Add the tomato and cook for two to three minutes. Add the salt, red chilli powder and mix.

4 Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl and add it to the onion and tomato mixture. Mix well.

5 Cover the pan and cook till the eggs are set. Flip once to cook the other side.

6 Cut into wedges and serve hot.
