"We Shine the light on whatever's worst. Perfection is the disease of the nation. We try to fix something but you can't fix what you can't see. it's the soul that needs surgery."
-Pretty Hurts, Beyonce Knowles
We all want what is best. Others will settle for what's in their reach. Well then, where do you even belong?
Perfection is the number one disease of the nation more like the world. So how the hell do you even deal with perfectionists on a daily basis.? Simply shut up and go on with your life. As offending as it may sound, that is the only way. Like an illness, perfection engulfs the mind of the achievers to the point of degrading their own wisdom and true nature of understanding by perfecting the hurdles that they have to overcome. They lose the nature of their goal which is to achieve it- not to perfect it. Why would you even want everything to be perfect and admit that there's no room for any mistake when in fact, you are already making one yourself? You are making the mistake of not recognizing the true nature of reaching a goal. And that is the fact there are ups and down as you go along the way. You can never run away from monstrosities. They just come and go to teach you. Yes, you learn from your mistakes. That's the sole reason why they even exist . So why settle with such high standards when you can actually achieves something with couple of scratches and bumps along the way. They were there for a reason anyway.
And then there's the mediocore. The good old chap who just grabs what he can when he knows that there's more in store for him. Such a shame. It's like not living life to the fullest because you are too lazy to go out of the sun and see what's going on. Mediocrity is always next to perfectionism. The two of them jive you up to give you the worst feeling of regret in the world.
As what a heartless person says "If it's too much, then it's over for you. If it's too less, then it's the same thing. In both ways, there's not much acceptance on the side of perfection and mediocrity is everybody's lazy self." If you really want to achieve, do your best. You don't really have to avoid mistakes. they are worthy enough to be remembered and learned. Reflect on your own capabilities and on who you really are. Nobody knows yourself more than you do. Be the lad who achieves - not the lad who is either lethargic or faultless. That's not even being real.
