Fat cells have a way of building up around the belly when we least expect it to. Overtime our once slim trim tummy is transformed into an ugly pot belly.
Fortunately there are a number of ways to get rid of belly fat. One way is by including certain types of foods in our daily diet. Here’s a list of some of those foods:
- Red apples
- Red grapes
- Berries
- Oranges
- Papaya
- Pineapple
- Broccoli
- Spinach
- Daikon
- Almonds
- Walnuts
- Japanese seaweed wakame and hijiki
For best results eat any of the above foods two hours before bedtime.
