How would you go about torturing 3,000+ people in the US? Well, you don't really, instead you would send most of them to Jordan, Syria, and Egypt and pay someone else to take care of the grunt of it for you.

Its like the old saying goes “If you want a serious interrogation, you send a prisoner to Jordan. If you want them to be tortured, you send them to Syria. If you want someone to disappear—never to see them again—you send them to Egypt.”
