My most memorable trip was the family trip to Lahore. it was memorable because of the fact that it wasn't pre-planned. It was Tuesday 1st of January 2008 after the winter vacations i woke up in the morning to get ready for school it was really cold day the temperature was about -1 degree centigrate it was freezing. Me and my brother get ready nd went to school when we arrived on the school gate we were informed that been closed for a month or so due to freezing temperature. We came back home and find out that our uncle was getting ready beacuse he has to go to lahore to visit his inlaws and when he find out about extended acations he asked us to join him and we agreed. We pack our back and set out for lahore and reached there around about 6 in the evening it wasn't that much cold there and the weather was pleasent. we stayed at the inlaws of our uncle and planned our visit to the historical and picnic spots to enjoy. next morning we ate breakfast in a hotel and went out to visit the places of Lahore visit the zoo and malls did some shopping. and at night we ate the dinner at a village hotel that was amazing because of the decorations sound system and food. we enjoyed a lot and the pan eating scene was hilarious because the pan man held our mouth and put the whole pan in our mouth at once we couldn't spit it or eat it it was big for our small mouth with great dificulty we were able to sort it out. Next day we went to visit the Badshahi mosque and the border it was a fascinating scenario. bring out biryani which was home made and did our lunch around about 4 in the afternoon. click out various pictures which are still a source of amusement and laughter. We spend about 5 days in Lahore and were given a great hospitality by the inlaws of our uncle. There were kids of our age we had had great time with them like cooking in the morning when everyone was asleep. making our younger afraid at night by pretending to be ghost. playing the whole day and making the house a play ground and no one was stopping us. I had had my great time there. At night round about 12 we went to a park and took every swong whether we were afraid or not the most dangerous swing and the most playful swing it is a laugh to remember. went back at 3 in the morning, One thing i remember about Lahore is that is a great hospitable city with people having a heart for welcoming outsiders and they are also vivicious. I would rather say that family trips are always memorable whether they are to small and common place but we always enjoy and remember the time we spend with our family during any trip.
