UGANDA

Posted on at

Uganda feels like Africa in a nutshell; serene and surreal nature, locals staring and stroking a white person’s hair, dramatic wildlife roaming past the window. Eat local food and you could travel here for something around $10 a day, a tiny price given the immersion in a strange and very random culture. While other African governments look to cash in and increase the fees for national parks and visas, Uganda has done the opposite. They’ve even made gorilla trekking half price in off season months.
