Understanding Body Detox Diets

The body is a complex machine, it is capable of doing it own detoxification automatically through the digestive tract, liver, kidneys, lungs and skin, it is capable of eliminating toxins when it removed body waste through the faeces, sweat and urine remove heavy metals and the lungs intake fresh air and is designed to remove toxic gasses from the blood.
Despite it’s capabilities eh body is hampered when a person eats incorrectly, exposure to chemicals and other toxic substances the body loses it capabilities to automatically detoxify the body.

Fats build up due to diets that are high in saturated fats eventually begin to clog the arteries.

Cholesterol, inorganic chemicals, and Xenobiotics all build up in the internal organs

Toxins because they cannot be eliminated by natural means begin to build up in the body and get re-circulated through the blood vessels.

As a result of the toxins building up in the body the body begins to problems with the gastrointestinal tract leading to ulcers. Tumours and polyps will grow. And the body acid balance is affected.
In order to correct these imbalances a detox diet is recommended, there re several detox diets on the market. There two routes you can take:

Commercial detox pills and body detox juice drinks. But beware of these as they can add more chemicals to the body and not be as effective as they claim to be. Commercial detox diets often contain synthetic chemicals which will increase the rate of the bodys detoxification but they can also generate waste that could become toxic.
