Efforts / struggle is hard work to realize the ideals - ideals. Every man has to work hard to continue his life. Much of human life is the effort / struggle, the struggle for life and human nature has been. Without the efforts / struggle man can not live a perfect life. If people want to be rich, he had to work hard. If someone wants to be a scientist, he must study hard and follow all academic regulations.

The hard work is being done with the brain can / science or physical / personnel, and it could be both. Scientists are working hard with a lot more brains / knowledge rather than physical / strength. Instead of workers worked hard with physical / strength than brains. Basically appreciate the hard work and enhances human dignity. Slacker caused a poor, destitute and have no dignity and compassion. Because it should not be idle - sit, relax - relaxing in this life. Relax and rest there is a time and a man who set it up.

For the hard work of man is limited by the ability. Due to the limited ability level differences that arise between human prosperity and the other human. People work to get the results a bit weak physically, skill will earn more when compared to people who do not have the skills / expertise.
