When people have no job,they are called unemployment.

This is a serious proplem of today.

The present age of science is responsible for it.

Machines have replaced man in various field of life.

Human services are no more needed on a large scale .

However,the main causes of the problem are as follows.

 

 

The first cause of unemployment is the spread of non-technical education.

Ours is a poor agricultural country.

Here the means of earning are limited.

Most of our yout get education to get a job.

But when they could not get a job , they are disappointed evils of society and become criminals.

 

 

Anouther cause of un-employment is te unequal distribution of wealth.

The industrialists set up such industries as may render them a big profit.

They never bother to employ people for the welfare of society or country.

 

 

Over population is an indirect cause of un-employment .

When the people are more tan the job,the result is unemployment.

 

 

The government should thinks to cure the problem.

However,the following steps may be of some help in this regard.

First, small industries should be established.

Second education system should be improved .

Technical and professional education should be encouraged.

Third, birth rate should be controlled.

We must make sincere efforts to solve the problem...
