Unjustified demand of the Calcutta High Court lawyers.

The Bar Association of Calcutta High Court has passed a resolution of not attending the court for three days from tomorrow because of the continuation of the heat wave across the state, particularly in the city. It is to be mentioned here that the Bar Association's resolution came nine days after the high court reopened after a 15-day summer vacation. So, it is quite undesired from them for coming to such a decision because people belonging to other professions are working in this hot weather; the doctors and nurses are working in many hospitals in non-AC conditions and those traffic policemen are working on the roads to maintain traffic order.  However, the judges of the high court have expressed their dissatisfaction with the decision of the lawyers.
