Bollywood's veteran actress Sadhana breathed her last on December 25, 2015 at Hinduja hospital in Mumbai at the age of 74. The legendary actress made her debut with 'Shree 420' where the actress played one of the chorus girls in the famous song 'Mur Mur Ke Na Dekh'. But as a heroine, Sadhana made her debut with the film ‘Love in Simla’ opposite Joy Mukherjee and the famous 'Sadhna Cut' hairstyle was first time seen in this one.  With this movie, a star was born who created a lasting impression in Indian cinema. She featured in many successful Hindi films.  Some of her successful films are Parakh, Asli-Naqli, Ek Musafir Ek Hasina, Mere Mehboob,  Mera Saaya, Intaquam, Ek Phool Do Mali, and Geeta Mera Naam.  She was one of the biggest stars of Hindi film industry during the top stars in the 1960s and the early 1970s. May her soul rest in peace.
