Virtual Love?
Virtual love? What about it? I had a talked with a friend about this a few months ago, and it made me think. Can this really happen? Does it really exist? What kind of relationship is this? Will it last? If so, how? So many questions and scenarios formed in this little brain of mine.
How can you tell that you really have fall in love with someone that you haven't met? Maybe a few chats on a daily basis, a few phone calls, but is it really love that you are experiencing or you are just in love with the idea of love? How can you love someone whom you just saw in a photo, hear that person's voice or just seeing that person in a video call? Is it love or just passing out the time of loneliness or boredom?
With the technology that we have now, anything can happen, but with virtual relationship I don't know if it will work. Maybe it did worked for some but until when, unless they decided to meet each other and get to know each other on a personal basis. If relationships stays virtual, then it only make things harder and you don't have a way of getting to know that person exactly.
It may ease up the boredom and loneliness when you have somebody to talked too online, It may have the advantages but there are definitely more disadvantages. So forget about that there will be "forever" for both parties.
This is just a thought that came across my mind when I heard those words "virtual love". Can this really happen? Will it work? What do you think?
Love, Love, Love... complicated love...
