Vitamin Water
You’ve heard a million times the health benefits of water. Sometimes we want a little boost to our water, and nothing quenches our thirst on a hot summer day like an icy cold, homemade, vitamin and mineral water. We know you can find things in the market now called “vitamin water” but we prefer to make it at home. Making it yourself means that your drink is full of vitamins and minerals and not preservatives, synthetic vitamins, minerals and sweeteners. Not to mention it’s easier on the wallet and environment.
Drinking a healthy amount of water is vital to your health. You can never imagine just by drinking a healthy amount of water, you gain tremendous health benefits, and sometimes you can even throw away your migraine medicine or pain killer.
Why not make your own vitamin water. Add fruits instead of sugar for a natural sweetener for your water. Cut the fruit into paper-thin slices or small chunks. Combine ingredients with water. Refrigerate 4-6 hours and serve over ice. So delicious and very refreshing.!
