Leopoldo Lopéz is the former mayor of Chacao and founder of Voluntad Popular, a national grassroots political movement. As one of Venezuela’s most prominent politicians, he is one of the main opposition challengers to President Hugo Chávez. Lopéz will discuss Venezuela’s political and economic outlook leading up the presidential elections in December 2012.
