Walking - World Class Exercise

Exercise is always needed daily to keep our self fit.Usually I go for a walk in the evening post my dinner because I want to burn the extra calories generated due to evening dinner and when I go to bed at night my stomach should be empty and food has to be properly digested.When we walk then blood circulation in body raises.I am talking about brisk walk.our body try to throw more Co2 and in take more O2 gas from air.This process will give energy to body and every element of our body get supply of blood in a proper manner.walking activity also burns calories and the end result is , our blood pressure is under control, diabetics is also under control and we remain fit and fine. We are able to remove belly fats too
