Want to lose some weight? Detoxifying Water is the answer.

One of my office mate told me about this detoxifying water thing.
She insisted me to give it a try and so I did.
She teach me how to make this stuff..
One cucumber, a piece of ginger, and one lemon.
Washed the ingredients first, then cut the cucumber, ginger and lemon into thin sliced just a half of cucumber will do.
It depends upon you on how much ginger you will put on it.
After chopping all the ingredients mixed them together in a pitcher then add water.
Leave the mixture for one night in the refrigerator.
You can drink it on the next day.

I want to give a brief explanation why these ingredients are being combine.
Ginger, has an anti-inflammatory properties, and it also aids digestion.
Lemon, helps to clean our bowels, it has free radicals that
neutralizes the cause aging, and it has a anti cancer properties too.
Cucumber, helps you to rejuvenate because
it has a energy boosting vitamin B.
It also contains a lot of fiber that aids in
removing toxins from the body, as well as aiding digestion.

Actually I'm on my 3rd day already on drinking this detoxifying water.
Well what can I say, based on my experienced in drinking it,
I'm not feeling constipated these days..
Yeah, I felt that somehow I lose some of my weight already ha ha ..
