In Thursday’s heavyweight stars competition, Warne's Warriors beat Sachin's Blasters by 57 runs, taking an indomitable 2-0 lead in the three-match, T20 Cricket All Stars Series in Houston.
The Warne's Warriors posted a massive 263-run target for Sachin's team.
In chasing the invincible target, Sachin's Blasters collapsed at 205 in the last over of their innings.
Earlier, the batting genius Tendulkar decided to field first, but that backfired as cricket great Kumar Sangakkara blasted 70 off 30 balls, and Jacques Kallis 45 from 23, while Ricky Ponting scored 41 off 16 balls.
Assusie all-rounder Andrew Symonds took all-important four wickets, restricting the Sachin’s eleven to 205. Symonds bowled Brian Lara at his 19.
Later, Pakistani bowler Saqlain Mushtaq accelerated the collapse of the Sachin's Blasters as he picked off major wickets, skipper Tendulkar (33     off 20), and Jayawardene (5 off 7).
