In twenty years before there is no water problem because the population is low the deforestation is not there. So the ground water level should be increased and the people can use that water.

                                    

        The population is increased at that time, the living place is decreased. So the people can cut the tress and forest and it can be changed into living place like flats so the rain is decreased for deforestation problem.so people can use the motor to suck the ground water.
