I am so very proud of myself today, so I wanted to share my joy. My fiancé and I are getting married now in one month.
He is Jewish and wants to incorporate some Jewish traditions into our wedding ceremony. One being that he will wear a Yarmulka (Kippah). He told me the other day that it would mean a lot if I could make him one instead of us just buying one for the ceremony. I usually crochet baby blankets and some scarfs, but I have never done anything off of a pattern – so this was a first.
I started last night while we watched our typical Thursday Night shows. I finished before end of night. I am very proud of how it turned out and look forward to what this new hobby could lead to.
