A week after the attack on Charlie Hebdo headquarters, the first post-attack issue of the French satirical weekly newspapers has come out. Some people said it is extremely ignorant and provocative to continue their controversial depictions of the Prophet Mohammed, comparing it to lighting a match in a warehouse full of gunpowder.
But are they? Three million copies were sold out in a single day, and another two million copies are due to come out in the following days. Meanwhile, pre-attack issues only sold 30 thousand copies a week.
