According to a new index developed by the Water Institute at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Gillings School of Global Public Health in the US, Pakistan has been ranked five in improving access to water, sanitation and in eroding inequalities for its citizens whereas India has occupied an unenviable 92nd position. So, it is beyond doubt that Pakistan is doing a magnificent job in this field and this shows that limited resource is not a hindrance if there is a strong determination with the right programmes in hand.
