Sleeping is the way to take a break by lying down or taking a nap to relax your body. At night we should sleep at recommended hours to recover our body through the whole day of work. I truly believe that 8 hours of Sleep is a good span of hours recommended for everyone. In those time especially if we have diseases or fever, we recover faster and well because our sleep is complete. A complete and good sleep also can provide us better appetite for food, less stress and problem. We have full of energy on everyday that we want to work. Our immune system increases as we sleep right so that we can fight against diseases. So we should sleep well and tomorrow and today will be a better day that will starts! Have a nice day everyone ^_^
