With under a month to go before I cannot wait for the next film in the Hunger Games series. After thoroughly enjoying the first film I thought I'd take a look at what we can expect from the next film Catching Fire.

After surviving the hunger games with Peeta it seems Katniss and him are sent on a tour of the country to try and settle down some rebellious actions going on as the Capital seems to be losing control. With this action not seeming to work they have the 75th Hunger Games organised between past winners. With this action I am guessing that Katniss and Peeta are going to be up against some very tough opponents who have managed to win their own games. With this in mind they are facing a very unlikely challenge of trying to win which me personally can't see them both surviving as the guys they are up against are trained killers essentially.

Hopefully we will see a greater connection between Katniss and Peeta as she was very frosty towards him and just used him to win the games when he greatly cares for her. However I can imagine Gale being in the way as Katniss likes him a lot so she will either have to choose between them or lose one of them. The inclusion of Haymitch as whilst he is a past winner he can only help them so much and none of the people in the arena will be ones he has faced so can only provide them with limited knowledge on them. All in all I can see this being a quality film as with the already top actors carrying on in it but also adding people such as Phillip Seymour Hoffman it could be even better than the first film.
