What Lemon Water Can Do For You

Have you heard of Lemon water before? If not, then I guess this would be a great read for you. 

Lemon alone has a lot of benefits for the skin as it works as a great exfoliant thus, it could be a good remedy for removing acne scars, fresh pimples and dark spots. Aside from that, if lemon is diluted in water, it can be a great source of nutrients including vitamin C, B-complex vitamins, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and fiber. Not only that, it also helps in flushing out toxins in our body thus making our skin look cleaner and healthier, helps fight infections, can help relieve toothaches and can freshen the breath. That is just some out of the many benefits that we can get from drinking lemon water. 

You simply need to dilute the lemon in water(preferably in warm water) and drink it in the morning 30 minutes before you eat so your body could get all the nutrients from it. You can also drink it as a substitute to your normal water daily. :)
