In Marta's school, a tradition was carried out for many years. her school located in a small town, Texas.During the eight grade graduation ,a jacket was awarded to the class valedictorian every year.It was a beautiful gold and green jacket . the school colors. It also had a gold "S" on the left side. The winner's name was written in gold letters on the pocket. The student who had maintained his highest grades for eight years, could claim for the jacket.
