Fast food is bad for our mental health, and the research of Spanish scientists has shown that it increases the risk of depression by 51%. The study involved about nine thousand respondents who were followed for six months.

It has been proven that in addition to obesity and depression, people who eat fast food have other problems often lack physical activity and lead single living.

Note: Fast food does not only include toasts, hamburgers and French fries, but also snacks, food from bakeries and industrial processed dishes such as frankfurters and pates.
