I never thought I could understand how someone can let hate control them day in and out until recently. If you haven't heard a disturbed young man walked into a church that welcomed him with open arms only for him to kill 9 people because of hate...
The hate that built up in this young man was self imposed or maybe it was sparked by a few cowards that prey on mentally challenged...I wonder what he was thinking as he loaded his gun and prepped for the nightmare he was about to bestow?
It is next to impossible for me to hate someone especially if I never met them or seen them do wrong. Do you hate? Can you help me further examine this crazy nature?
His Hateful to do List
He read as much as possible on how one race is destroying another...he posted his reasons for his hate...he planned the day...made sure the gun would fire and the extra ammo was ready to go...his last good byes...
He didn't read the find print: "this is fiction!" The true flag you wrapped yourself in isn't what you think it is...the few preachers of hate you listened to often secretly go about business as normal leaving you on the edge of life...
As he parked his car and stood in front of the church, I can imagine the small voice of God, Good or whatever you can settle on spoke to him..."Don't do this!"
He walked in and was welcomed with open arms. He was treated by his own admission so nicely that he almost changed his mind...almost...
He sat there for an hour before he began shooting people in the room...the church...the kindest people he ever met...mothers...fathers...sons...people who welcomed each day with a blessing.
Some pleaded not for their own lives but those around them...he left one to tell his story of how black people shouldn't be...
Why I began to Understand Hate
I thought this young man is very sick to which he couldn't piece together the real from the fiction. Then I began to speak in open forums and social media with some of his mentors. That spark of hate entered me for the first time I extinguished the small flame eventually but I allowed it to stay there long enough...
